Donkervoort, Judith E.
Peacefully after a brief illness, Judith Edythe Donkervoort (nee Barrett) of London at LHSC – Victoria Campus on Friday November 17, 2017 went to be with the Lord at the age of 93. Pre-deceased by her beloved husband John (2003). A devoted Mom, she will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Judy Anne Bini (the late Donald Bini). Judith is survived by her grandchildren Caroline Martin (Kelly Marks) of Sarnia, Stacey (Steve) Colquhoun of St.Thomas, Michael Tennant of London & John (Amy) Tennant of London, good friend Orly of London and by many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was a sister to Noreen Caldwell of St. Thomas, Rosemarie and Cecile of London and Margaret Brodie of Sarnia. Judith was passionate, fiercely loyal to her family and faithful to God. She never missed an opportunity to donate to the church, or others she felt were in need. Relatives and friends will be received at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1997 Dundas Street East (at Wavell) on Tuesday from 7:00 – 9:00 pm. A mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at 11:00 am at St. Patrick Roman Catholic Parish (377 Oakland Ave.) with interment to follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the London Regional Cancer Program.
