1928-2017
Surrounded by love and music
Mom passed away peacefully on October 25, 2017, at Shannex
Thomas Hall. Born in Moncton on August 4, 1928,
the only child of Logan and Mary Wilson. She passed as she
lived with grace and
dignity.
Predeceased by her husband David MacLean, son, Greg,
daughter Mary Lee and sister-in-law Ruth
McAskill.
Survived by her daughter
Lisa (Rick Kelly), grandson Ryan Clark (Kristen Walker) and her new
great granddaughter, Ella Grace. Brother-in-law Wentworth and
his wife Annabelle, their sons Dale and Darren (Noreen).
Brother-in-law James McAskill and his daughters Anne Coburn
and Nancy Jones (Richard). Also survived by her
best friend Beatrice Howell and several
cousins.
Special thanks to Dr. Kelsey
Cameron and the staff and volunteers at Shannex Thomas Hall
for the care and compassion given to Mom during her 7 years there.
Visitation will be
held at Bishop’s Funeral Home 540 Woodstock Road Fredericton
on Friday, October 27 from 7 – 9 PM. There will be a
celebration of Mom’s life at Bishop’s Funeral Home on Saturday,
October 28 at 11:00 AM. Rev. Mac Campbell
officiating.
Cremation has taken place
and Mom will be buried with Dad, Greg and Mary Lee at the Wesleyan
Union Cemetery, Coverdale.
In lieu of flowers the
family requests donations to Hospice House Fredericton or the
Resident’s Activity Fund at Shannex Thomas Hall.
