WHYTE, JOYCE GWENDOLYN (Kemp)
Peacefully in hospital on Saturday, July 29, 2017, Joyce Whyte in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late Milton Whyte. Loving mother of Gwen (Ed Cranham), Margory (Duane Trenholme), Doug (Debbie), Kathy (Jack Piche), Delmar (Mireille) and the late Wayne (June). Cherished by thirteen grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren. Sister of Ariel (late Hank Hancock) and the late Morris (Grace), Winston (late Irene), Wesley (late Pauline), Eldon (late Lois) and Kenneth (Marion). Fondly remembered by many foster children. Longtime companion of the late Jim Eadie. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the Daley Family Funeral Home, (6971 Bank Street between Scrivens Drive and Metcalfe Corner) from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday. Funeral Thursday in the Chapel at 2 pm. Interment Springhill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute, Room H2-1, 40 Ruskin Street, Ottawa, ON K1Y 4W7 or C.H.E.O. 415 Smyth Road, Ottawa, ON K1H 8M8 would be most appreciated by the family.
