Martin Joudrey, 55 of Dartmouth formerly of Westville passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, October 5, 2017 at his home.
Martin was a son of Alice (Maxwell) Joudrey, Westville and the late Earl Joudrey.
He grew up in Westville where he played minor hockey and ball. Martin was a welder by trade working at Trenton Works until its closure and was presently employed at the Halifax Shipyards.
Martin will be sadly missed by his partner Darlene Malpage, Dartmouth; daughters Natasha MacKenzie (Tim), New Glasgow and Kenda MacKenzie, New Glasgow; grand sons Lucas, Leland and J.D.; his mother, Alice (Bob Cameron); brothers, Kevin (Charlene), Steven (Stacy) all of Westville; several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his father, Earl and his sister Catherine “Cathy” Joudrey Nowotczynski.
Martin is resting at Eagles Funeral Home, Westville with visitations on Sunday from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. His funeral service will be held 1 o’clock Monday at Eagles Funeral Chapel, Westville with the Rev. Dr. Glen Matheson officiating. Interment will be in Heatherdale Memorial Gardens
