Obituary for Josephine Rivait
Died peacefully on Thursday, June 8, 2017 at C.E.E. Hospital of Bluewater Health in Petrolia. JOSEPHINE RIVAIT (nee Goodreau), of Petrolia, at the age of 95. She was a loving wife to the late Gib (2001). She was a loving mother to the late Ken (Bonnie) Rivait, Catherine Rivait, Rick (Pam) Rivait, the late Gary Rivait, Larry (Joanne) Rivait, and Marianne (Paul Burley) Dawson. She will also be missed by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. Josephine is also survived by a sister Florence Trotechaud, a brother Remi Goodreau, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by nine brothers and sisters. Visitors will be received on Sunday from 1 to 4 pm, followed by parish prayers, and on Monday from 9:30 to 10:30 am at the Needham-Jay Funeral Home, Petrolia. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday, June 12, 2017 at 11:00 am at St. Philips Parish, King St., Petrolia. Interment in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Wyoming.
