Joseph Marcel LeBlanc (DeWinton) – February 13, 1930 – March 24, 2017

It is with heavy hearts the family of Marcel LeBlanc announce his peaceful passing on March 24, 2017. Lovingly remembered by his wife Sandra; sons Paul (Karen), Luc (Cindy), Georges (Susan); daughters Monique (Eric), Lisa (Lance) and stepson Jordon; grandchildren Cori (Trevor), Lyndsay (Curtis), Jenna, Jordyn, Stephen, Scott, Kaycie, Jordan, Marvin(Allison) and great-grandchildren Kylie, Kassidy, Savannah, Alayna, Shayne and Keifer.
‘Hoss’ led a full and active life surrounded by countless… friends. Born in Campbellton, NB, Marcel had an adventurous spirit which led him from the shores of the Restigouche River to the foothills of Alberta. He loved to sail, hunt, fish, and ride his horse and his motorcycle. He was a proud member of the Steele’s Scouts, earning the rank of Trooper Sergeant. His incredible enjoyment of life, obvious to anyone who spent a few moments with him, was infectious. His greatest joy was spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, all of whom
he adored. He will be greatly missed.
A celebration of Marcel’s life will be held at a later date.
