Obituary for John Piggott
PIGGOTT, John Stanley- Passed away peacefully at his home in Thamesford surrounded by his family on Monday, November 27th, 2017, in his 73rd year. Beloved husband of Margie Piggott (nee Nieuwets). Loving father of Kathryn (Richard) Desjardine, Ronald Piggott, and Philip (Hillary) Piggott. Cherished Grandfather of Evan, Marissa, Callie, Carson, and Caylin. Survived by Margie’s children Hans, Jason, Martin, Jennifer and their families. Dear brother of Frances “Ann” Hildred and James (Mary Lou) Piggott. Predeceased by his first wife Eunice (nee Kinney) Piggott (2001) and his brother-in-law John Hildred (2013). John will be lovingly remembered by his nieces, nephews and extended family. John was an avid golfer at the Cedar Creek golf course in Woodstock and was an active member of the Crossroads Alliance Church. Friends are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 177 Dundas St., Thamesford (519-285-2427), on Thursday, November 30th, 2017 from 2 to 4pm and from 6 to 8pm. The funeral service will be held at the Crossroad Alliance Church, 194552 Regional Road 119, Ingersoll, on Friday, December 1st, 2017 at 11:00am.
