Mr. Joel Duchene
1982-2017
It is with great sadness that the family announces his death at the Anson General Hospital on Thursday, December 21, 2017 at the age of 35 years.
Loving Father of Damian and Lennox Duchene. Beloved son of Roger and Lorraine of Iroquois Falls. He was the cherished Brother of Angèle (Adam McBurney) Duchene of Ramara, ON and Uncle to Keegan McBurney. He will be forever remembered by his Grandmothers Ella Duchene and Lillian Gauthier. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
He was predeceased by his Grandfathers Lennox Duchene and Gérald Gauthier.
In keeping with Joel wishes cremation has taken place. There will be a celebration of his life in the spring of 2018. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Center for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) or to the Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.) program (cheques only please and would be appreciated by the family.
