Passed away suddenly on Stoney Lake on Thursday January 12, 2017. Jay Eadie of Warsaw in his 52nd year. Loved and missed by his son David Eadie. Also missed by his siblings Judy Hendren (the late Howard), Arlene Webster (the late Don), Jackie Moore (George) and Debbie Horne (Bob). Lovingly remembered by cousins Kim Whetung (Elmer), Scott Hill (Malou), Sean Hill (Bonnie) and ‘daughter’ Chloe . Survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Jay will also be remembered by his many dear close friends. Predeceased by his parents Barb & Ivan Eadie, Donna Hoggarth & Winston Logan and his sister Nadine Hoggarth. Friends and relatives are invited to a Celebration of Jay’s Life to be held at Lakefield United Church on Monday January 23, 2017 at 2:00 PM. A reception will follow at the R.C.L. Branch #77, Lakefield.
