Jean Guy Doucet
1945-2017
Jean Guy Doucet of Beresford, passed
away on Monday October 23, 2017, at the Chaleur Regional Hospital,
Bathurst, at the age of 72. Born in
Tremblay, he was the son of the late Omer and Yvonne (Pelletier)
Doucet.
Besides his spouse, Lynn
(Daigle) Hachey, he is survived by five sisters: Violette Arseneault
and Rosa Boily (Gilles Grant) both of Bathurst, Mae
Arseneau (George Lanteigne) and Claudette Doucet both of Petit-Rocher
and Lorraine Cachia (Manuel) of Milton,
Ont.
Six step-children: Jean
Marc Godin (Audrey Hudon) of Petawawa, Ont., Monique Duguay (Adrien),
Ginette Caissie (Philippe), Ricky Hachey (Sherry) and Jason Hachey
(Bernice) all of Bathurst and Tracy Hachey (Michel
LeBlanc) of
Robertville.
Eleven step-grandchildren
and one step-great-granddaughter. Several nieces and
nephews.
He was predeceased by tree
brothers: Normand, Cletus and Yvon; two sisters: Jeannine and
Yvonne.
There will be no
visitation at the Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be
celebrated on Friday October 27, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. from
Église St-Polycarpe, Petit-Rocher.
Donations in memory of
Jean Guy may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a favorite
charity.
