Obituary
Jase Nathan Smith, 40, of Sherwood Park, passed away unexpectedly on December 7, 2016, in Edmonton.
He is survived by his wife, Carlissa (Wittner); their two sons, Cash and Ryder; mom, Ann Smith; dad, Don Smith; sisters, Megan (Matt) and Casey; mother and father-in-law, Ron & Fay Wittner; brother-in-law, Carleton Wittner, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends, along with his many pets.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Nathaniel and Rosamund Smith, Archibald and Jane (Jean) Thompson; his good friend Chris, and his beloved pets, Tyson, Sabre, Zeus, Beula and Gus.
He was a devoted husband, father, and loyal friend who loved football, fast cars, music and a great ceasar. He will be greatly missed.
A Viewing will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 16, 2016, at Connelly-McKinley Edmonton South Chapel, 4820 Meridian Street NW, Edmonton, with A Celebration of Life to follow at 2:00 p.m.
Donations in memory of Jase may be made to the University of Alberta Hospital Foundation, I.C.U. or the Edmonton Humane Society.
