It is with sorrow, we announce the passing of Jan Phillips.
Jan died peacefully, at home, after a brave battle with cancer. Jan was born and raised in High River, Alberta to Ken and Dot Phillips. The road led Jan on many journeys, in her adult life she lived in Calgary, Regina, Nova Scotia, Okotoks, and finally, her last few years in Hot Springs, Montana. Jan was a kind, loving and generous person and will be forever missed by her daughter, Sara Morin of Calgary (Sara’s father Ray… Morin), sisters; Lynn Sheldon of Hot Springs, Montana and Sharon Dale (John Dale) of Charlottetown PEI, brother; Larry Phillips (Paula Folden) of High River, the Scheer family of High River, many nieces, cousins, aunts and dear friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held for Jan in Hot Springs, Montana in late spring of 2017.
