Obituary for Jamieson Hunter
Jamieson “Jamie” Francis Hunter, of Malcolm Place, Kincardine, passed away suddenly Tuesday, May 30th, 2017, at the age of 77.
Loving father of Milena Hunter (Mike Avarell) and Allie Hunter.
Missed by his grandchildren, Graedon and Mara Avarell.
Fondly remembered by his siblings, John Hunter (Betty), Charles Hunter (Judie), Rodger Hunter (Virginia), Mary Campbell and several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his parents, Allan and Catherine (née Bell) Hunter, sister Janice Morris and brother-in-law Bill Campbell.
Visitation will be held at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, Kincardine, on Thursday, June 1st, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Friday, June 2nd, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. followed by the funeral service celebrating Jamie’s life at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Linda Janzen officiating.
Memorial donations to the Kincardine Hospital Foundation or Paddy Walker Heritage Society would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
