It is with profound sadness that we announce Jim’s passing. He is survived by his wife, and best friend, Nola; children, Julie, Erin, Drew and Ian; beloved granddaughters, Tessa, Sofia, Sadie & Hollie; and sons-in-law Chris & Joe. He was predeceased by his parents, Jenny & John. Jim was a life-long Vancouverite. He graduated from John Oliver High School. He was a charter member of the SFU football program graduating with a Degree in History. He then graduated from UBC with a Law Degree. Jim was a criminal lawyer for 24 years before being appointed a Judge of the Provincial Court in 1997; a position he was honoured to hold until his…
