The death of James “Jim” Douglas Wood, beloved husband of the late Marion, and father of Irving, Roxy (deceased) and Alison, occurred at his residence Riverdale Personal Care Home, Rivers, Manitoba on Friday, June 16, 2017. A Come and Go Reception will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch No. 75, 633 2nd Avenue, Rivers, Manitoba on Monday, July 17, 2017 from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. A private family interment will be held at the Ancrum Cemetery. Complete obituary information will follow. Donations in memory of Jim may be made to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch No. 75, Box 37, Rivers, Manitoba R0K 1X0 or to the Riverdale Personal Care Home, Box 428, Rivers, Manitoba R0K 1X0.
