C’est avec tristesse que la famille Chartrand vous annonce le décès de Jacques Chartrand. Décédé paisiblement entouré de sa famille le vendredi 15 décembre 2017 à l’âge de 71 ans. Garçon de feu Joseph Chartrand et de feu Laurette Léonard. Époux bien aimé de feu Marguerite Woods. Père spécial de Pascal Latreille et de Justin Burns (Caitlin Brown). Frère adoré de Lise Chartrand, Cécile Gerdron et André Chartrand. Il sera manqué par plusieurs neveux, nièces et amis. La messe des funérailles sera célébrée à l’église St. Dominique, Luskville, Québec le vendredi 22 décembre 2017 à 11h.
