DAGENAIS, Jacques – Mr. Jacques Joseph Ernest Dagenais peacefully on Sunday, July 23, 2017 with his family by his side at the age of 90 years. Cherished husband of 67 years to Lucille (née Desforges) Dagenais. Loving father of Diane Turcot (Perry Leger) and Nicole Lefebvre (Paul). Cherished grandfather of Marcel Turcot (Alina), Joel Lefebvre (Brenda Saraiva ) and Michel Lefebvre. Cherished great-grandfather of Adam Turcot and Adrian Turcot. Beloved son of the late Joseph and Léona (née Hébert) Dagenais. Survived by 2 brothers Arthur and Hubert Dagenais. Predeceased by 5 brothers Gérard, Bruno, Rhéal, Roch and Jean-Claude Dagenais and 2 sisters Pauline Forgues and Raymonde Dagenais. Resting at the Wilson Funeral Home, BOULERICE CENTRE 218 Montreal Road, Cornwall where visitation will be held on Friday 7–9 PM and Saturday from 8:30 – 9:15 AM. The Mass of the Resurrection with Commendation and Farewell will be celebrated in St. Felix de Valois Roman Catholic Church, 620 Glengarry Boulevard, Cornwall, on Saturday July 29, 2017 at 10:00 AM. Rite of Committal to follow in Nativity Cemetery, Cornwall. If so desired, memorial contributions to Cornwall Hospice (by cheque) would be appreciated by the family.
