Jacob Wiebe
May 4, 1920 – November 30, 2017
Peacefully, with his family by his side, Jake entered heavens gates.
He was preceded by his wife Mary.
He is survived by his children, Shirley (Hank) Neufeld, Joyce (Adam) Olinyk, Carol (Terry) Shortt, Bev (Dave) Parkes and James (Jan) Wiebe.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 9:30 a.m. and Funeral Service will follow at 10:00 a.m at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue.
The family wishes to express their extreme gratitude to the amazing staff at Bethania Personal Care Home.
