Peacefully in his sleep on March 7, 2017 in his 95th year. He was predeceased by his wife of 62 years, Marion Louise and his grandson Scott. He will be sadly missed by his children Ron (Sonia), Rick (Fran), Ruth Boag, and Rob; and his grandchildren Amy (Jason), Rees, Brandon, Katie, Jessica (Mitch), Ryen, Kelly and Stacey; and his great-grandchildren Lincoln, Quinn and Jack. He served in the Royal Canadian Navy during WWII and was an employee of Canadian Westinghouse for more than 44 years. Special thanks to the staff at St. Peter’s at Chedoke, Cedar Terrace for their outstanding care and compassion. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of his Life will be held at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME-FENNELL CHAPEL, 322 Fennell Avenue East, Hamilton on Friday, March 17, 2017 from 2-4 p.m. Memorial donations to a charity of choice would be appreciated by his family.
