Isobelle Belle Findlay – 1950 – 2017

Obituary of Isobelle Findlay
Passed away peacefully at Stedman Community Hospice, Brantford on Wednesday September 6, 2017.
Beloved wife of the late Peter Findlay (2000). Loving mother of Peter (Bobbie Jo), Scott (Susan) and Graham. Loving grandmother of Justin, Joshua, Mackenzie, Hannah, Brooke, Luke, Benjamin, Cole, and Aiden. Dear sister of Sylvia (Les) Winship, and Johnna (Nora) Arkle of England. Will be fondly remembered by her very dear God-daughter Linda Walsh and many nieces and nephews.Predeceased by her parents William and Isabella Arkle and brothers Bill, Joe, Jim and Bob.
Isobelle was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #158 Port Dover, and Branch #530 Waterloo. She was also an active volunteer with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
A memorial visitation will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Sunday September 10, 2017 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. The Memorial Service to celebrate Isobelle’s life will follow in the chapel on Sunday September 10, 2017 at 10:30 a.m., with a reception to follow in the Fireside Reception Room of the funeral home. A private family interment will be held at Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo.
