In loving memory of Isabella Elizabeth Howie nee Jones of Chateauguay, Quebec, born on July 9th,1921, who passed away peacefully at Hastings Manor on Tuesday, January 17, 2017. She is predeceased by her husband Frank and sisters Dorothy (Victor) Baker, Gladys (James) Kemp, and Jean (Kenneth) Smeall. Dear mother and mother in law of Lynn and Jim Vince. Loving grandmother of Meghan (James) Ashley and great grandmother of Carter and Owen.
Special appreciation for her wonderful care at The Manor on Loyalist Parkway, Picton and Hastings Manor, Belleville. A celebration of life will take place in Montreal at a later date. whattamfuneralhome.com.
