DEMERCHANT, Irene (Frayling) (January 12, 1927 – March 28, 2017) – Peacefully passed away at the Sault Area Hospital at the age of 90. Loving wife of Austin for 40 years. Much adored mother of Steve Frayling (Laurie), Gloria Bumbaco (Frank), Donna Clayton (John), and the late Shirley Seccariccia (Frank). Loved dearly and will be forever missed by her many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. Special aunt of Betsy, Tina, Chris, Lori, and families. Forever loved by her 2nd family Leslie, Nora and Rod, Jimmy, and families. At Irene’s request there will be no services. Cremation has taken place. Memorial contributions to TAAG or Sault Ste. Marie Humane Society would be appreciated by the family. Special thanks and gratitude to the wonderful 3C nursing staff at SAH.
