On August 23, 2017, Mr. Gerard “Jerry” Marvin Hunter of Goodfish Lake passed away at the age of 67 years. He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Lisa; son, Sheldon Myles (Valerie) Hunter; 2 step-sons, Dallon & Devin Ward; step-daughter, Chantelle Ward; 12 grandchildren, Logan Hunter, Shanaya Favel, Shayanne Favel, Angelina Hunter, Sheldon Jr. Hunter, Jasmine Hunter, Jazlynn Hunter, Nekoda Hunter, Mackenzie Ward, Gerard Favel, Janelle Favel & Jayce Ward; great-grandson, Derys Favel; siblings, Cleo (Janet) Hunter, Mary (Jerry) Rastkowski, Christine (Dave) Hunter, Lillian (Tommy) Hunter, Delia Halfe, Larry (Bernice) Hunter, Sandra Hunter, Sherry Hunter & Mary (Roy) Collins; numerous nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by his beloved parents, Pearl & Charlie Hunter; infant brother, Charles Hunter; sister, Dorothy Seenum; brothers, Victor Hunter & Robbie Wahsatnow; brothers-in-law, Carl Seenum, Casey Halfe, Garry Halfe; sisters-in-law, Emily Hunter & Katherine Wahsatnow. A Wake will be held on Saturday & Sunday, September 2 & 3 at Goodfish Lake Cultural Centre, Goodfish Lake. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, September 4 at 11:00 a.m. at Goodfish Lake Cultural Centre, Goodfish Lake.
