Howard passed away on December 11th after a lengthy illness at Wellington Terrace at age 77. He is survived by his wife Marie of 52 years and their son Gordon. He also leaves behind 7 siblings Marg, Kay, Betty, Robert, Roy, Linda and Joyce as well as two brother in laws Jim(Carol), John(Nancy) and sister in law Shirley Croft Dalrymple. Howard will also be remembered by many nieces and nephews. He was a long time employee of the G.S.W. plant in Fergus completing 30 years of service. The family would to thank the dedicated staff of The Wellington Terrace in particular the staff in Oak Glen who went above and beyond in caring for Howard. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will take place in April at The Graham Giddy Funeral Home, Fergus. A specific date and time will be posted in The Wellington Advertiser when all details have been confirmed.
