JESSUP, Howard Charles Sr. – passed away peacefully at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Monday, April 24, 2017 in his 91st year.
Howard Jessup of Pembroke, husband of the late Edith Jessup (nee Hoffman) and by first marriage the late Doreen Jessup (nee Hilton). Loving father of Marilyn Riddoch (late Daniel), Howie Jessup (Pam), Connie Jessup & Lyle Jessup (Janice). Cherished grandfather of Paula Christiansen (Steve), Danette Liedtke (Steve), Paul Riddoch (Tamara), Sarah Adamson (Luke), Hannah Jessup & Andrew Jessup; and great-grandfather of Julia & Amanda; Dylan, Ethan, Breton & Danielle (Mark); and Berlyn. Brand-new great-great-grandfather of Ellie. Dear brother of Velma Kauffeldt (late Fred), Doreen Johnston (late Bud), Dennis Jessup (Margaret), Vera Lipkie (Victor), Leslie Jessup (Debbie) & Harvey Jessup (Sheila). Predeceased by Ruby Luloff (late Delbert), Delbert Jessup (Eva) & Lavern Jessup (late Millie). Son of the late Charles and Lila Jessup (nee Hochberg). Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation at the MALCOLM, DEAVITT & BINHAMMER FUNERAL HOME, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Friday, April 28, 2017 from 2 to 4:00 and 7 to 9:00 p.m., and at the PEMBROKE PENTECOSTAL TABERNACLE, corner of Hwy 17 & 41 on Saturday after 9:00 a.m. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., with interment in the Pembroke Pentecostal Cemetery.
