HILLER, Hannelore “Hannah” Berta – of Belleville and formerly of Melrose, passed away at QHC-Belleville General Hospital on Friday, September 1st 2017, in her 82nd year. Daughter of the late Erich and Eleonore Groeschel. Beloved wife of the late Herbert Hiller. Loving mother of Georg (Jennifer), of Arnprior; Thomas (Danielle) of Belleville; Stephan (Darlene) of Kingston; and Erick (Francois), of Belleville. Proud grandmother of Lisa (Curtis), Mark (Leanne), Melinda, Kristopher (Arina), Ashley (Douglas) and Alexander (Mikaela). Loving Great-grandmother of Russell, Rachel, Rosalie, Abigail, Allison, Hailey, Aden and Dominc. Hannelore is also survived by her sister, Brigitte (Werner) Koldczezik of Germany. She is predeceased by her brothers, Reinhard and Dieter and by her sisters, Erika and Heidi. Hannelore is fondly remembered by nieces, nephews and extended family.
Friends are invited to call at the Steele Funeral Home, Moira Street Chapel, 30 Moira Street West, Belleville (613 968-2273). on Monday, September 11th from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at Holy Name of Mary Catholic Church at Marysville on Tuesday, September 12th, at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Name of Mary Cemetery. Memorial Donations to the Quinte Humane Society or to Sandy Pines Wildlife Centre would be appreciated.
