VELDMAN, Hendrika Francisca (nee Vandenhooff)
Peacefully at Maple Villa Long Term Care Centre on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at the age of 91. Predeceased by her beloved husband Klaas (1993). Loving mother to Frank (Carol), Ernie, Sandra, and Sherry (Moe). Cherished grandmother to Tracey, Bryan Jr., Chris, Jennifer, Jeffrey, and Kerri. Proud great-grandmother of eight and great-great grandmother of one. Henny will be dearly missed by extended family and friends. Service of Remembrance will be held at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street (one block North of City Hall), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at 1pm. Friends are welcome to gather from 12 noon until the time of service. Cremation has taken place. Reception to follow. If desired, in lieu of flowers, donations to Maple Villa Long Term Care Centre or Alzheimer’s Society would be greatly appreciated.
