Helen Frook (née Pegelo), of Hanover, passed away courageously and reunited with the love of her life on Thursday, March 02, 2017 at the Hanover & District Hospital. She was 69.
Born in Brant Township on March 13, 1947 to the late John and Edwina (nee Sachs) Pegelo. Helen enjoyed life as a busy mom as well as being a nanny for many years. She worked along side her husband in his business assisting him with all the day to day endeavours that needed to be done.
Loved deeply by sons Dwayne (Robyn) Frook of Holland Centre, Derrick (Wendy) Frook of Bentinck Township and only daughter Dionne (Dan) Papineau of Hanover. Nothing brightened her day more than seeing her wonderful grandchildren grow up before her eyes. Loved and special Grandma to Brontae and Dalan Frook and Dominique and Darcey Papineau. Predeceased by her beloved husband David Frook (2009) and brother Clifford (Verna) Pegelo.
Visitation will be held at Mighton Funeral Home, Hanover, on Monday, March 6, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, March 07, 2017 at 11:00 am, at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, Chesley. Father Ed Wagner officiating. Private Interment in Hanover Cemetery, Hanover, Ontario.
