After a long and well-lived life, our beloved Hedi passed away peacefully at Parkview Nursing Centre at the age of 101. Predeceased by her husband Theobald in 1987, and brother-in-law Otto in 2015. She leaves behind to mourn her son Ted (Linda), daughter Dorothy McDermott of Victoria, B.C., and her sister Antonie Bechtle of Munich, and other extended family members in Germany.
