GREEN, Hazel, Mina ~ Hazel
passed away peacefully at the Village of Riverside Glen on Thursday,
December 15th, 2016 in her
93rd year. Hazel was the beloved wife
of the late William Orlo Green. Loving mother of
Glenna Colling, Jamie Green (Elayne), Paula Sisco (Angelo), and Lyle
Green. Cherished grandmother of Sarah, Chad, Adam, Joel, Laura, Ashli
and Tyler. She was a proud Great-Grandma of Genevieve, Abagail,
Autumn, Mackenzie, Wesley, Gray, Logan and Cara. Dear sister of Ivan
(Joan) Roberts and the late Aileen & Carmen Luciani and Wesley
Roberts.
Life member and past Organist of Rundle Chapter and Honorary
Member of Cardinal Chapter, Order of Eastern Star. Hazel
will be fondly remembered as a piano teacher, church organist and for
sharing her musical talents throughout her
community. The family would like to express their
thanks to the staff at Riverside Glen (Arthur Neighbourhood) for the
many kindnesses shown to Hazel. In keeping with Mom’s wishes, there
will be a private family service. We ask that donations be made to the
Canadian Diabetes Association or a charity of your choice.
