Harry Earl
Chase passed away peacefully on August twenty first, 2017 at the Dr.
Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. He was
83.
He was
predeceased by his parents Clyde and Margaret (Sloat) Chase, brothers
George, Charlie, Kenneth and
Sewell.
He leaves
behind his wife Velda (Lawrence) Chase, sister Arvilla Stairs and
sister in law Peggy Chase, as well as several nieces and
nephews.
Earl was born
in Fredericton, NB where he attended local school in Penniac and then
graduated from F.H.S. He was one of six children born to Clyde and
Maggie Chase. Charlie (Vaughan), George (Chris), Sewell (Virginia)
Arvilla (Osborne) and Kenneth
(Peggy).
He attended
Forestry School, worked at Killeens Transfer, City of Fredericton
Firefighters, and Upholstery business with wife Velda. He was a member
of Marysville Baptist Church and volunteered with Scouts and the
Marysville Y’s
Men.
He loved the
outdoors, hunting and fishing at his camp in the
Dungarvon.
Although there
will be no visitation, a funeral service will take place on Wednesday,
August 23rd, 2017 at the Marysville Baptist
Church at 2PM with Rev. Dale Stairs officiating. Following a
reception, interment will take place in the Prince William Cemetery.
Pallbearers for the service will be Wayne Smith, Jim Dillon, Ralph
Brown, Dave Chase, Gary Chase and Paul Chase. Many thanks to the

4NW.
