Harlee Weiss
Harlee Weiss, resident of Grande Prairie, AB, formerly Irvine, AB, passed away on Tuesday, January 10, 2017, at the Royal Alexandra Hospital, at the age of 60 years.
Harlee was born and raised in Irvine, AB. He went to school in Irvine. He resided in Medicine Hat, AB and later moved to Grande Prairie to start his career in the oil and gas industry.
Harlee had a fun sense of humour, great one-liners, and always had a smile on his face.
Harlee loved Harley motorcycles, and loved driving them. He enjoyed playing golf, tinkering with small engines, and watching TV.
He will be sadly missed by his mother Doris Weiss; nephew Mark (Sandy); niece Denise Fischer (Daryl); cousins in Medicine Hat, and his oil patch family.
Harlee was predeceased by his father Harry Weiss, and his brother Jerry Weiss.
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, January 18, 2017, at 2:00pm, at Oliver’s Funeral Home in Grande Prairie (10005 107 Ave.).
Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association (100, 12220 Stony Plain Road, Edmonton, AB, T5N 3Y4).
