H Joyce Walsh 2017

2017
Obituary Overview
In Loving Memory
On Friday December 8, 2017 Joyce left her family and many friends while peacefully resting at the Moncton Hospital.
In Joyce’s early adult years, she had various occupations including a nurse’s aide at the former TB Hospital in Moncton and a machine operator at Humphreys Woolen Mills, but her most cherished commitment was to her family as a full time homemaker, at which she excelled.
Her hobbies included reading, jigsaw puzzles and the genealogy of almost anyone she met, with gentle probes included in conversation.
Joyce’s happiest times were spent with family, preferably on a beach somewhere.
She will be greatly missed by her son, Robert (Susan) Walsh; her daughters: Paulette (Glennon) Collier and Lisa (Evan) Cundal; her grandchildren: Joshua (Leah) Collier and Angela (Steve Enzsol) Carson; her great grandchildren: Ceanna Carson, Jase Carson, Lexie Carson and Christian Enzsol; her brother, John (Violet) Melvin; her sisters: Daisy (Wallis) Bone and Sharron (Robert) VanBuskirk as well as several nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by her parents, Milledge and Mary Melvin; her brothers: Joseph Melvin and Brian Melvin; as well as her sisters: Darlene Melvin, Phyllis (Dollard) LeBlanc, Geneva (Norman) Jones and Madeline (Steve) DeWitt
A Celebration of Joyce’s Life will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2018 from 2:00PM to 4:00PM at Fair Haven Funeral Home and Cemetery (1177 Salisbury Road, Moncton).
Flowers or Donations to the Canadian Arthritis Society would be greatly appreciated.
