Gwendolyne Ilya Knight (Edmonton-High River) – June 3, 1931 – August 18, 2017

Gwen passed away quietly in her sleep at the age of 86. She was predeceased by her husband Ken and her brother Earl. Gwen is survived by her daughter Diane (David) Dominy along with grandson Andrew; her son Bruce (Kimberly) along with grandson Kent (Sharon) and granddaughters Kim (Jason) and Dakota; her son Jeff (Darlene) and daughter Carol (Gilbert) along with granddaughters Stephanie (Brett) and Kristine (Karl) and grandson Connor and great-granddaughter Steele and great-grandson Easton. Gwen… will also be lovingly remembered by her sister Gail and her brother-in-law Ted (Suzanne) with many nieces and nephews. Gwen will be remembered as the “Mom” by numerous Chinook and Mini-Creek Pony Club youngsters for having kool-aid and cookies in all types of weather. A Funeral Service for Gwen will be held at Snodgrass Funeral Chapel, 301 Macleod Trail, High River, on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Highwood Cemetery, High River. Following, friends are invited to meet with the family for refreshments.
