TURNER, Gwendoline –Mrs. Gwendoline (“Kay”) May (née Cunningham) Turner, at the St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Centre on Saturday December 23, 2017 at the age of 95 years. Beloved mother of Susan Conklin (James), and wife of the late Alfred James Turner. Cherished grandmother of Shaun (Suzie) and Laura, and great grandmother of Miles. Dear aunt of Lorraine Webb, sister of Roger Cunningham. Predeceased by her parents Augustus and Inez (Née Rodriguez) Cunningham and one sister Elizabeth (Betty) Webb. Popular star of the 1970s hit TV show, The Pig and Whistle, Kay will be missed by her many fans, and by the caring staff at St. Josephs’. In keeping with her wishes there will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place. If so desired, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada would be appreciated by the family.
