Longato, Guido –
Passed away peacefully, with his family by his side, at St. Joseph’s Health Centre, Guelph, on Sunday, December 11, 2016.
Guido Longato age 72 years, was the loving father of Diane Longato (Stephen Perry), Jason Longato (Lisa), and Cameron Longato (Erica Breen) all of Guelph. He was the proud Nonno of Adam, Nathan, and Madelyn Perry, and Victoria and Sarah Longato. He was the dear brother of Mario Longato of Guelph, and Giulio Longato (Pam) of Michigan. He was the dear uncle of Liana, and Aimee of Michigan. Guido is predeceased by his parents Achille and Augusta (Gemin) Longato.
Resting at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St. Guelph, where the family will receive their friends on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at 1 p.m. Entombment in Our Lady Immaculate Mausoleum, Marymount Cemetery, Guelph. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
