Obituary for Gordon Patrick Haddock
Gordon Patrick Haddock, 76 of Morson, ON passed away suddenly at his residence on August 3, 2015.
He was born in Duncan, BC on May 21, 1939 to Joe and Dora Haddock.
Gord along with his wife Marian owned and operated a Tire Repair Shop and Fishing Camp in Ocean Falls, BC, before relocating to Morson in 2003. He continued to work for the Township of Lake of The Woods till his passing.
He will be greatly missed by his wife of 37 years Marian, his sons Ed of Medicine Hat, AB, Robert (Angie) of Sudbury, ON, Mark (Heather) of Westbank, BC and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings Ann-Marie Fleming, Teresa Erikson (Doug), Judy (Ron) Summerfelt, Tom Haddock, brother in law Bob Vey and numerous nieces and nephews.
Gord was predeceased by his parents Joe and Dora, his daughter Jo-Ann Haddock, his brother Mike Haddock and sister Veronica Vey.
As per Gord’s wishes a family interment will take place in British Columbia at a later date.
