Obituary for Glen Raymond Kistner
Glen Kistner, 86, of Stratford passed away peacefully at Stratford General Hospital on Monday December 11, 2017.
Cherished husband of Irene Kistner. He is survived by his stepchildren Cheryl Riehl, Donna White, Nadine Clark, Stephen McTavish (Sharon) and Kathy Muir (Jim). And by his sister Helen Wassman (Clarence Rolph). He will be missed by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Predeceased by his parents Norman and Anne Kistner, his first wife Margaret Wheatley (2000), his sister Joan Boyd, and stepsons Michael McTavish and Gary Kingsley.
Glen was employed at Jack Tanner Construction and in later years at Yundt Brothers Construction until his retirement in 1994.
Friends will be received at Rutherford Cremation and Funeral Services, 804 Ontario St, Unit C11. Stratford on Thursday, December 14, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. Reception to follow.
