Bathurst – Mrs. Geraldine
Annie Mae “Gram” Hatheway, 94, wife of the late Glendon
Hatheway, formerly of Allison Crescent, Bathurst, passed away on
Friday June 16, 2017, at the Foyer Notre Dame de Lourdes,
Bathurst.
Born in Plaster Rock, she was
the daughter of the late Jack and Mary (Patterson)
McSheffrey.
She was the last
living member of her immediate family and is survived by her
three children: Michael Hatheway (Jeannine) of Beresford,
Jane Babineau (Ivon) and Marilyn Haché (Charles) both of
Bathurst.
Six grandchildren, Peter,
Travers, Kendra, Keitha, Heidi and Ryan and eight great-grandchildren,
Jodie, Rileigh, Brittany, Quinn, Brooke and Williow. Several
nieces, nephews and extended
family.
There will be no visitation at
the funeral home. Funeral Service will be held from the First United
Church at a date and time be announced. Arrangements are in
the care of the Elhatton’s Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com),
Bathurst.
In memory of Geraldine,
donations can be made to the First United Church or a favorite charity
would be appreciated by the
family.
