LAWRENCE, Gary John
Gary died suddenly, due to complications from a surgical procedure, at the South Lake Regional Health Centre in Newmarket, on Tuesday, October 03, 2017 at age 68. Loving husband of Edie (nee Johnson) of Bracebridge. Dear father of Shelly Armstrong (Doug) and the late Rob Lawrence. Dear father-in-law of Rachelle Lawrence. Proud grandfather of David & Brian Armstrong and Matthew & Maria Lawrence. Brother-in-law of Joanne Miners (Norm) and the late Brian Johnson. Fondly remembered by his nieces Ashley Miners, Amy Miners, Angela Melhuish, nephew Adam Johnson and his cousin and dear friend Bruce Mochrie (Jan).
Friends will be received at the Reynolds Funeral Home in Bracebridge on Friday, October 6, 2017 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Celebration of Gary’s life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion in Bracebridge, on Saturday, October 7, 2017 between 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Memorial tributes will be shared by the family at 2:30 p.m. Donations made to support the South Muskoka Hospital Foundation or the South Lake Regional Health Centre would be appreciated by the family.
