Obituary of Garry Tye
Entered into rest at his residence on Friday November 24, 2017. Garry Wayne Tye of Brockville age 74 years. Beloved husband of the late Carolyn (Nixon) Tye. Loving father of Scott (Aracelly) of Toronto and Derek (Stephanie) of Grande Prairie, AB. Cherished Opa of Mollie, Liam and Aidan. Dear brother of Donna Maryniak (Jake), Robert Tye (Rosemary) and Carolyn Trenholme (Walter), also survived by his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Karl and Idelle (Cochrane) Tye.
Family will receive friends at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street East Brockville on Thursday, November 30, 2017 from 6-8 p.m. and Friday, December 1, 2017 from 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. The Celebration of Garry’s Life will follow in the Chapel at 1 p.m. Private Family interment will take place at Oakland Cemetery. In memory of Garry, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Parkinson’s Society would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
