Fordham, Frances Anne–
Passed away peacefully, with her family and friends by her side, at St. Mary’s Hospital, Kitchener, on Friday, July 21, 2017. Frances Anne (Johnson) Fordham in her 85th year, was the beloved wife of 60 years to John Fordham of Guelph. She was the loving mother of Chris Fordham and his wife Ann of Victoria, BC, Caroline Priamo and her husband Larry of Guelph, Jennifer Fordham and her husband Gord Cook of Niagara Falls, and the late James (1986). Frances was the proud grandmother of Samuel, Peter, and Alec Fordham; Tim (Megan Flaherty), Emilie Walters and her husband Nick, Sarah, Andrea (Marcus Gatto), and Dianne Priamo. Predeceased by her parents Captain Frederick Johnson and Doris (Fisher) Johnson.
Friends will be received at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon Street, Guelph, on Thursday, July 27, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A celebration of Frances’s life will be held at St. George’s Anglican Church, 99 Woolwich St., Guelph on Friday, July 28, 2017 at 11 a.m. As per Frances’s wishes, in lieu of flowers, donations to the Sick Kids Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
