The death occurred at Western Hospital, Alberton on
Wednesday, March 15, 2017 of Frances Alberta Barlow of Ellerslie ,
aged 77 years. Born on June 21, 1939 in Ellerslie, daughter of the
late Albert & Agnes (Bulger) Barlow.
Loving sister to Orelle, Ruth, Kenneth, Donald, Orville,
Wanda, Gerald, all of Ellerslie, Winston (Loraine), Ellerslie; Warren
(Shirley), East Bideford; Ensor (Marie), Tyne Valley; Fern (Allan)
Matthews, Arlington Lot 14; Helen (Nelson) Cann, Grand River, Blanche
(Ronnie) Gillis, Wellington Centre and sister in law Ruth Barlow,
Summerside
Frances is also survived by aunts Gloria Culleton and Roman
MacLean and many nieces and nephews.
Frances was predeceased by her parents, brother Harry and
sisters Dorothy and Donna in infancy.
Resting at Ferguson Tyne Valley Funeral Chapel with extended
family visiting hours on Friday from 6-8 p.m. Public funeral will be
held on Saturday at 1:00 p.m in the chapel.
In lieu of flowers in memory of Frances, memorials to the
Kidney Foundation or Bideford/Conway United Church Cemetery would be
appreciated.
