SAINT-CHARLES, NB – Exubé Robichaud 84,
of Saint-Charles passed away peacefully at the Stella Maris Hospital,
Ste-Anne-de-Kent on Thursday, October 19, 2017. Born in
Saint-Charles, he was the son of the late Arthur Robichaud and late
Marie (Johnson) Robichaud. Before retiring, he was employed
as a woodsman, truck driver and also school bus driver.
Exubé and his wife Lorraine were devoted parents and foster
parents during their married life.
Exubé will be sadly missed by his three daughters,
Rina Babineau (Jean-Guy) of Saint John, Jeannita Doiron (Marcel) of
Shediac, Pauline Belliveau of St. Charles; five sons, Gilles (Cecile)
of St. Charles, Claude (Murielle) of St. Charles, Zoël
(Denise) of Moncton, Roger (Denise) of St. Charles, Denis Gallant of
St. Charles and many grandchildren, great grandchildren;
daughter-in-law, Madeleine, many nieces and nephews and extended
family.
The last surviving member of his immediate family he was
predeceased by his wife, Lorraine (Blanchard) Robichaud (2012); an
infant son Joseph and a son, Paul; two sisters, Florence, Vea and two
brothers, Rosimond and Yvon.
Visitation will be held at Thompson’s Funeral Home
in Richibucto on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm, Monday at noon
until departure for the funeral. A Funeral Mass will be
celebrated on Monday, October 23, 2017 at 2:00 pm, St. Charles
Borromée Roman Catholic Church, Saint-Charles.
Donations in Exubé’s memory may be made to the NB
Lung Association, St. Charles Borromée Cemetery or charity
of the donor’s choice. Arrangements are in care of
Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto (523-4252).
