Obituary of Everett Bear
Everett, late of Saskatoon SK, went home to the Spirit World peacefully on Saturday November 25, 2017 at the age of 31 years. He was born December 10, 1985 in Calgary, AB and spent the majority of his life in Regina, SK. and later lived in Ministickwin First Nation for ten years. Everett was predeceased by his parents; Edwin Isaac and Laureen Bear; brother Stefan Isaac; grandparents Beatrice Bear-Legault and Rosabelle Isaac. Everett is survived by his common-law wife Miranda Crookedneck; daughters Beatrice, Freedom, Napeshni; step-daughter Kyra, and son Isreal; brothers Nicky (Orlena), Micky, Scott (Zam), Edwin, Justin; sisters Chasity and Paige; adopted sister Samantha; aunts Francine, Merrilleen and Sheldon; special friends Terry Flamont and Tyrone Langin; and numerous relatives from the Bear and Isaac families. Everett was a dedicated father to his children, he loved singing, working out, and studying his Bible and cultural beliefs. He was a kind, humble generous man who was wise beyond his years. With his final act of kindness he helped three strangers with the gift of life by donating his organs; thus Everett’s legacy lives on. Prayers will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. Wake to follow at the Standing Buffalo First Nation at 5:00 p.m. Funeral Service at Standing Buffalo Gym, on Thursday, November 30, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. with feast to follow.
