ROBERTSON: Evelyn
Passed away at Case Manor Care Community, Bobcaygeon on Tuesday October 24, 2017. Evelyn (nee McMackon) of Bobcaygeon, formerly of Lakefield and Lake Mississauga, Buckhorn in her 102nd year. Wife of the late Joseph Arthur “Art” Robertson (d. May 31, 1999). Beloved mother of Dave (Judy) of Picton and John (June) of Buckhorn. Cherished Nanny of Chuck (Amy), Tom and Jesse and Great Nanny of David, Tyler, Breanne, Chantal and Logan. Predeceased by her parents Clifford (nee McKeiver) and Walter McMackon and sisters Dorothy Woodrow (Frank) and Bernice Simpson (Archie). A funeral service will be held at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL, 66 Queen Street, Lakefield, on Monday October 30, 2017 at 1:00 PM. Visitation two hours prior to the service. A reception will follow in the Heritage Room of the funeral home. Private family interment will be held at Angus Union Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
