Obituary for Eva Groza (Aarmaa)

nee Aarmaa
Peacefully at Joseph Brant Hospital on Sunday, December 10, 2017 at the age of 92. Beloved wife of the late Cornelius Groza (October, 2001). Predeceased by her daughter Helen Ford and great-granddaughter Piper. Eva is survived by her loving children Robert Groza (Laurie Lequyer), Monica Markus (Joseph) and son-in-law Rick Ford. Cherished grandmother of Holly, Karen (Chris) and Victoria (Brandon) and great-grandmother of Kaitlyn, Kennedy, Andrew, Prudence, Hailey, Abigail and Rowan. Special thank you to Dr. Cuddy and the staff at Maple Villa and Joseph Brant Hospital for their care and compassion. As per Eva’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Celebration of her life will be held at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Thursday, December 14, 2017 at 10:30a.m. Reception to follow.
