1918-2017
The death of Eugene L.
Cameron, age 98, occurred at the Drew Nursing Home,
Sackville on February 20, 2017.
Born in Sackville, he was the son of the
late Waldon and Jean (Amos) Cameron.
Eugene worked for the Enterprise
Foundry. He enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, working on his
woodlot, and loved horses.
He is survived by a son Garry,
Sackville; daughters Margaret (Charlie) Beal, Mt. Hope, ON, Shirley
(Mike) Monahan, Fredericton, Cora (Richard) Raymond, Moncton; 6
grandchildren, Troy, Darren, Crystal, Rebecca, Jillian and Lesley; 8
great grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his wife Eileen;
son Murray; the last surviving member of his immediate family, he was
also predeceased by brothers Lorne, Arthur, Lloyd, Johnson and sister
Olive Patterson.
Arrangements have been entrusted to
Jones Funeral Home, 70 Bridge St., Sackville, NB
(506-364-1300). A private graveside service will take place
in the Sackville Cemetery at a later date.
The family would like to extend thanks
to all of Eugene’s caregivers at the Drew over his 13 year
stay.

made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or charity of your
choice
