Ettie Margaret Bell – 2017

On January 30, 2017, Ettie Margaret Bell of Mayerthorpe passed away at the age of 84
years.
The following will cherish her memory, Ettie’s best friend, Verle; children, Kathy (Kory) Ziemmer and their children, Kreo (Chelsea Faoro), Koby and Kylin; Leon (Tammy) Bell and their children, Kalee (Colin Hoogers) and Kale (Dani Pronovost); Maureen (John) Polack and their children, Jolene (James) Gunn and their sons, Burke and Ty, Carlen (Nicole) and Tenille (Tyson) Hagman; Charlotte (Glenn) Arthur and their children, Chyan (Chris) Brand and their son, Nash, Shelby (Bo) Fortin and their daughter, Quinn; Ron Bell and children, Travis and Trista (and her children, Jordan, Ryder and Deklin); and many dear friends. Predeceased by parents, John and Margaret Heslop; and brother, Bill.
Ettie dearly loved her family, friends, and her collector spoons and was known for keeping the coffee on and baking fresh for everyone who visited “grand central station”. “Grandma Bell” meant the world to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved spending time with each of them participating in all their sports activities. When life gives you lemons, make lemon loaf!

Memorial Service Sunday, February 5 at 12:00 p.m. at Mayerthorpe Diamond Centre, 4814 – 54 Street, Mayerthorpe with Reverend Ruth Lotholz officiating. In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made to the Mayerthorpe Extendicare Resident Council (Rec Program), Box 569, Mayerthorpe, AB T0E 1N0 or Elmer Elson Elementary School (Lunch Program), Box 330, Mayerthorpe, AB T0E 1N0.
