It is with deep sadness that the family of Ernest Larson announces his sudden passing on Saturday, November 25, 2017 at the age of 88 years.
Ernest will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 67 years, Pauline; their two sons – Alvin of Boyle, Ron (Andrea) of Boyle; their three daughters – Loretta (Keith) of Spruce Grove, Carolyn (Brian) of St. Paul, Beverly (Terry) of Barrhead, and daughter-in-law Donna of Boyle.
Ernest will also be fondly remembered by his 13 grandchildren – Alexandra (Gary), Kevin, Laura, Steven, KeriLyn (Shannon), Terrance, Kelvin, Christine (Shawn), Rebecca, Scott, Neil, Samantha, Katelyn; six greatgrandchildren – Jackson, Keagan, Bronwyn, Parker, Holleigh, Liam; three sisters – Louise, Agnes and Audrey; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Ernest was predeceased by his parents, Ted and Annie Larson; sister Beatrice Stromberg; and son Kenneth.
Ernest, a lifelong resident of Boyle, enjoyed his family, farming, outdoor life, friends and playing his fiddle.
A funeral service in memory of Ernest will be held on Friday December 1, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the Boyle Community Centre.
Those who so desire may make a memorial donation to the Boyle Healthcare Auxiliary or charity of their choice.
There’s still time to send flowers to the Funeral Service at the Boyle Community Centre at 11:00 AM on December 1, 2017.
